Mr. Francisco, a UCLA Law School graduate, has extensive experience in Entertainment Law, Contract Law. Over a period of 22 years, he has been involved in structuring, negotiating, and acting as a Consultant on over one thousand Recording Contracts, Television and Motion Picture transactions. In six years, The Law Offices of Rupert Francisco grew from 1 to 3 locations under his leadership. He founded Joy Entertainment, his first Artist Management company, in 1994. J E Holdings, Inc., an Asset Protection and Corporate Formation company, was founded, in 1997. He has been a Business Advisor and Consultant to numerous corporations and non-profit organizations. In addition, he has been a lecturer in Business Law. An Honors graduate from the University of California, Riverside, he has also received special recognition from the California State Legislature, Assembly Rules Committee.
